Cleaning Fee for Serving Food or Events
Mandatory cleaning fee for Workshop Studio or event-based rentals where food and/or beverages are being served.
MEMBERS: Additional After-Hours Rental Fee
Utilize your memberhsip booking credits for bookings after 5pm or on weekends for $15/hr. Add this product to your cart and select a quantity equal to the number of hours needed. (Ex: 6-9pm=3. 3-6pm=1 hour as only 1 hour is after 5pm.)
After-Hours Rental Fee
After-hours fee (per hour) for all rentals before 9am and after 9pm.
Workshop Studio Punch Pass - Weekday
Punch pass good for 10 hours in the workshop studio. Valid for rentals Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm. Studio space requires a two hour minimum per rental. Pass must be used within 6 months from purchase date. ($75/hr)
Workshop Studio Punch Pass - Nights + Weekends
Punch pass good for 10 hours in the workshop studio. Valid for rentals Mon-Fri before 9am or after 5pm, or on weekends. Studio space requires a two hour minimum per rental. Pass must be used within 6 months from purchase date. ($90/hr)

Community Workroom Day Pass
Single day coworking pass is for flex space seating in the Community Workroom. Valid for access Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm. To guarantee a dedicated desk please contact us to reserve your day. Pass must be used within 6 months from purchase date. ($25/day)
